Your mental  health influences how you think, job, relationships,  feel, and behave in daily life. It also affects your ability to cope with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships, and recover from life’s setbacks and hardships .once you are out of mind everything comes to you in a bad way.

Strong mental health isn’t just the absence of mental health problems. strong mental health is the fighting of a difficult situation and wining.  Being mentally or emotionally healthy is much more than being free of depression, anxiety, or other psychological issues. Our mind needs certain entertainments if  it is there you can make the mind in good ways and for a longer time. Rather than the absence of mental illness, mental health refers to the presence of positive characteristics.

Mind health is a balanced mental and emotional state which allows a person to be productive during their day, contributing meaningfully to the community they live in. When the balance is disrupted, it can be difficult to function positively . life is full of unusual things. Why I said so is because every day is a new day and which is again unexpected. Leading a life in an unexpected way is not that much easy. But we all have lived it in the past and at present. How powerful we are!  Coping with life stresses can become challenging and activities, that at other times may have seemed easy, can now seem daunting. There are a number of factors that can affect a person’s mind health, such as a traumatic experience or a physical illness. When a person’s mind health is negatively affected, how they think and feel is also influenced, in turn impacting on how they function on a day-to-day basis.  When we are going wrong we take each and every day as a negative day. It’s a natural thing .and it is common. Doing best in every situation makes all different. All warriors have failed at once .

 

Good relationships are important for your mental wellbeing. Relations help in heeling the wound in the mind. but the relation should be a supporter for the good moments. sometimes the relations may destroy our presence of mind.  They can:

  • help you to build a sense of belonging and self-worth
  • give you an opportunity to share positive experiences
  • provide emotional support and allow you to support others

Being active is not only great for your physical health and fitness.

Keep learning

A higher level of education is associated with better mental functioning in old age. Experts think that advanced education may help keep memory strong by getting a person into the habit of being mentally active. Challenging your brain with mental exercise is believed to activate processes that help maintain individual brain cells and stimulate communication among them. Many people have jobs that keep them mentally active. Pursuing a hobby, learning a new skill, volunteering or mentoring are additional ways to keep your mind sharp.

 

Unwanted thoughts can cause plenty of frustration and distress.

There by leading to a situation of doing not getting into success .one of the effective way in controlling the mind is making our will strong and going with goal that we had earlier. What  ever the situation that disrupts you .  the disruption will certainly cause a good willpower in your mind.

The ability to change our mind accordingly is a power tool. because not everybody have that state of mind . so it is a good thing. Be positive in every situation because there will come a day that every body needs you and motivate them . every day is not the same ,every day have its own special things to say. Like that you also become a star one day .

Teaching the mind with the positive energy is the need of the

hour when everybody avoids you . teach the mind that a better moments are one the way.

Once you are away from the worries there the arrival of success is accepted .

Unwanted thoughts sometimes even kill us. So understanding unwanted as unwanted is the need of the hour.

Sit free and allow the mind to go out of your control. Let it go beyond the prairies .  after its long journey it will definitely come back as a new fresh one. Holding our mind without release is making our mind more stressful.

One single life we all have   .  And   the  mind    too. Do some meditation yoga etc  to make ourselves good. Thinking of what other think is the failure   . do what you want. Do it now. Sometimes it may become the heard time  .  so the day is yours. The time is   yours  .   the relationships the job the money the happiness is all belong to you .

The wind blows when the air get heated not simply because it needs. There are certain needs for every thing to happen.

The reason for every apple of discord should be given forgiveness . there by you can control your anger on that person . but nobody is ready to do so . it way even destroy every thing with out the knowledge of us . our life may become the message for others. If you do so.

Waking up early morning is the best thing . why I said so is there you contact with the nature directly . because the nature is there before you and it will be there after you.

It have the power of a heeling technique that the early one have give to it .

Taking the right decision at the right time is only happened if you are the owner of a good personality. This personality is not achieved as fast . it have to be moulded minute by minute  . every heroes have a moulding period in there life . like that the bad times in the life have to be used to mould your mind for the coming good tomorrows . every body lives on the earth and dies as naturally . in between we used to do something for us as well as for others .

First part of life may be a lesion for the second part like that it goes on .

Sometimes we may be made alone by family as well as by our friends it may be knowingly or unknowingly . the person that going through is you . even if your are unhappy express as you are the happiest  person ever . then everybody will come to you to ask about the reason for the happiness . the secrets should be made hidden there by you . then all will respect you and praise you .

Good nutrition , daily exercise and good sleep are the prior important needs to make your body healthy there by we become wealthy .  healthy body can enjoy life better . be the owner of a healthy body as well as mind .

Trying to do something in the life but not getting started is the problem of many persons including me. How I changed such a situation into most effective days is by simply going to the busy city life and looking all others. By looking it for several days I got some ideas to get started . this beginning was a non stop journey in my life . because after that I never tired by work and even restless nights and days . make come inspirations from our mind and try to stabilize our mind by simple things of life which we were neglecting for the past few years .

 

I never tried of getting inspiration from others but I just make my on things for getting a motivation. These type of motivation can persist for long time.

Travelling beyond the destination is our minds power . but what we dreamt is to be make a reality by proper implementation of simple rules which are unique .

Sometimes we have to travel a long journey but the lonely travel will definitely make us strong . the one who failed many times will not have any problems when they are in an adverse situation they merely will make them little wind , the wind in a tea cup. We all have certain planning in our life, if the planning have to be made more effective and time bounded the mind have to be well trained by you. All person the history have passed through there own hard times . every person have a heard time. Like if summer comes spring be ahead.

No consecutive summer can never happen . like that our life is also vested with these type of simple nature based rules . all rules of nature is not merely applicable to nature only . they have wide application in our life too .

Continuous work will definitely make us to success what the matters is or what the situation is . all adverse situation can be made to a effective proper by simply the power of mind . 

We want to become the best friend of our mind and guid it in a proper and oriented way . only the best friend can change all the unwanted things to a more productive . be enthused and passionate about what might be possible with your ideas .

The mind is an infinite wonder. It has the fantastic ability to transmute your desires into their physical counterparts. You can do anything that your mind can conceive, as long as you have the belief and will power to back it up. Take the case of cancer patients who were given placebo pills. These are just plain pills that have no healing capabilities.

 So how did they get well? The power came from their thoughts. They were told that these pills contain the highest amounts of cancer-fighting ingredients which can effectively cure them in a matter of days. See how powerful your mind is? They believed that their health will be restored. They have registered in their minds that these pills will cure them of their illnesses. In the process, the belief embedded within their subconscious came to reality. So how can you use your mind to achieve your dreams?

 One of the most effective ways is to use the "as if" principle. Act as if you are the person you want to be. Act as if you are already in possession of whatever you long to have. So what do you want to be? You want to be a lawyer, doctor, athlete, or newscaster? Think, act, and feel like one. You'll be much closer to your goal if you're constantly intact with your objective. Be obsessed with your dream. It doesn't mean that if you want to be Superman you'll fly out the window.
